Allow more decimal digits in entry fields

In some input fields, the values entered are rounded to 2 decimal digits. This makes it impossible to enter the exact amount needed.
For example, a salaried employee may have a weekly (or even yearly) amount in their contract rather than an hourly rate. It is not possible to enter the corresponding rate as these are always reduced to hourly rates, whether entered hourly, daily, or yearly.
This also applies to superannuation, where the super rate is truncated to 2 decimal digits, although more digits are entered.
I think that rounding should take place at the dollar payment point rather than at the rate or percentage entry.

We'd like to clarify one part of your feedback regarding pay rates. seSQue Payroll already supports Yearly, Daily and Hourly pay rates as separate rate types, so we're not sure what you mean by rates being "always reduced to hourly rates, whether entered hourly, daily, or yearly". Could you provide an example of a scenario where you're unable to enter the required rate?
We have discussed the Pay rate field internally and agree that allowing only 2 decimal places may be limiting in some scenarios, particularly where users derive an hourly rate from another pay basis such as a weekly amount. As a result, we'll be increasing the precision of the Pay Rate field from 2 to 4 decimal places.
Regarding the super contribution percentage, we are assuming that you are talking about the Reportable Employer Super field. That is currently limited to 2 decimal places by design, as this particular field covers employee negotiated contribution rates. If you have a specific example where greater precision is required, we'd be interested to understand that use case.
