Introduce Leave Adjustments

Allow user to manually adjust leave balances. This is useful in circumstances where the employee is transferred from one company to another, and manual adjustment is required to transfer their leave out of the company.

As discussed via email, we agree that leave adjustments would be a valuable addition to seSQue Payroll. We've already added this feature to our development backlog and will update this request if there are any future developments.
