Show ATO Status on Payrun Page

On the home payrun page it shows the status of each payrun with a green padlock but this doesn't mean it has been successfully processed by the ATO. Could you add a column to show the ATO status so that if it fails it is picked up much quicker. At the moment you need to go into each payrun to see the ATO status.

Thanks for raising this. We can understand how having some visibility of the ATO lodgement status directly in the pay run list could help users spot issues more quickly.
One complication is that a pay run can be lodged multiple times. For example, a pay run may have been accepted successfully by the ATO, then later reopened, updated and lodged again. If that later lodgement fails, the ATO still has the previous accepted version, but our side is now out of sync with the ATO until the changes are successfully lodged.
Because of that, the most useful signal may actually be the status of the latest lodgement attempt, rather than trying to show some kind of overall “ATO status”. For example, a warning indicator could appear when the latest submission failed and requires attention.
Would something like that be useful from your perspective, or were you imagining a different type of status indicator?

seSQue Admin Yes, some kind of indicator for submission failure would be great.
